Catch Wrestling Take Down Counter


Here’s a really cool take down counter we did with Billy Robinson and Damage Control MMA when someone has a single leg take down with their head inside. In our own defense this was shot at the end of a long camp of hard training Ricky and myself were both pretty exhausted coming across a little shy on the camera. Billy Robinson and my two oldest in San Diego California. They were both really excited to meet the famous wrestler who teaches their dad all his wrestling and “yells” at him when he doesn’t do it right!
