Today it is one of only three remaining Wigman Motels. The 30 foot tall tepees are mode from wood framing, concrete and\u00a0stucco.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Exercise Type:<\/span><\/strong> Isometric core strength and conditioning, upper body\u00a0flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>1. Assume the table maker position. 2.
