Devils Post Pile was formed by molten lava and glacial ice.\u00a0Thousands of years ago as the lava cooled cracks formed on the surface into hexagons one of natures most stable shapes. It is believed that during the ice age a glacier exposed this cliff of columns which stands today as one of the best examples in the entire world of basaltic columns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Exercise Type:<\/span><\/strong> General Warm-Up<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Rational:<\/span><\/strong> Every workout should begin with a general followed by a specific warm-up\u00a0exercise. The purpose of the general warm-up is to prepare the\u00a0entire\u00a0body for exercise, the specific warm to prepare the specific area \/ anatomy that is going to be trained in that session.
